By submitting this registration form, the school ("the Institution") agrees to the following terms and conditions set forth by homeClass ("the Organiser") regarding participation in The PreSchool Olympiad.
The Institution agrees to conduct the Olympiad on its premises as scheduled by mutual coordination with the Organiser.
Participation in the Olympiad is voluntary and by invitation or application only & is considered an academic enrichment activity for students in Nursery, LKG, UKG, and Grade 2.
The Olympiad will consist of written exams across all levels: School, Interschool, State, and National.
Oral rounds will be conducted at Interschool, State, and National levels.
The School Level round will be fully conducted on the Institution's premises.
The Institution agrees to facilitate the smooth conduct of the School Level round including:
A minimum number of student registrations is required for the School Level exam to be conducted at the Institution. This threshold shall be communicated to the Institution by the Organiser's representative at the time of enrollment, and such communication (including via WhatsApp or email) shall be considered formally binding.
Regardless of the payment mode chosen, the Institution is responsible for ensuring the minimum number of participants is met. If this minimum is not achieved by the registration deadline, the Institution may:
Note: Under no circumstances will fees be refunded, except in the case of event cancellation by the Organiser.
The Organiser will provide the following:
For higher rounds (Interschool, State, National), venue and coordination will be managed by the Organiser.
It is the Institution's responsibility to ensure that enrolled students complete the registration and, if applicable, make payments via the designated process.
The Institution agrees not to substitute or switch students post-registration without prior approval from the Organiser.
The Organiser may use the name and logo of the Institution for Olympiad-related promotional materials (e.g., certificates, website, social media) unless explicitly denied in writing.
Event photographs taken during the Olympiad may be used for future academic and publicity purposes.
All official communications from the Organiser—including those sent via email, WhatsApp, or other digital messaging platforms—shall be treated as legally valid and form part of the binding agreement between the Institution and the Organiser. Records of such communication are maintained and can be presented for reference in case of disagreement.
In case of any dispute, the Organizer's decision shall be final.
This document constitutes the full and binding understanding between the Institution and the Organizer. No verbal commitments or informal emails shall override this agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru.
